- Ingredients: Mica, Bismuth Oxychloride, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Diethylhexyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate, Dimethylimidazolidinone Rice Starch, Distarch Phosphate, Magnesium Aluminium Silicate, PEG-4 Montanate, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, Silica, Ethylene/ Methacrylate Copolymer, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Preservative, Colourant.
Directions: Wet the pencil tip slightly to discover the effect of a true kohl eyeliner, combining the intensity of liquid eyeliner with the ease of use of a pencil.
Use dry to define eyebrows. For lining eyes, lightly dip pencil tip in a little water and apply to eye line.
Do not sharpen pencil when tip is damp to avoid breakage
